| Crustless Pizza |
Watching Nigella Lawson on the Cooking Channel is one of my favorite guilty pleasures – I think she’s amazing – but I seldom feel as if I can actually make any of her often-very-rich recipes. This one, however, seemed intriguing, and I liked the idea of an easy, crustless “pizza.” I did make a few changes to the original recipe – what’s the fun in cooking if you just follow a recipe? And thought the result was delightful, although definitely not as good as real pizza.
